Colleges and Universities

In our experiential orientation/leadership programs, students are challenged in a fun and interactive environment, using active, experienced-based problem solving initiatives. Programs are designed to allow students to integrate more quickly into the college environment by meeting other students in a comfortable setting. Common issues that can be highlighted are leadership, teambuilding, conflict resolution, and the impact of diversity on teams.

Experiential RA training

One-half to full-day, on-site or off-site programs are designed so that residence staff explore and develop their own style of leadership in a forum in which experimentation is safe. The focus is on building a community, issues of diversity, resolving conflict, and others.
