Char Fetterolf – President

Char is the President of The Adventure Network. He oversees every stage of challenge course development, from design and construction to staff training. Char is a dedicated, long-term member of The Adventure Network team. In his 20+ years with the organization, he has contributed to various aspects, including program design and delivery, trainings, inspections, construction, and product development.

Before joining The Adventure Network, Char worked as a challenge course manager at a school for at-risk youth. His diverse experience has significantly contributed to his comprehensive understanding of the industry.

Outside of his professional life, Char enjoys rock climbing, photography, and traveling the world with his wife, Kate.


Robb Krug – Vice President

Robb is the Vice President at The Adventure Network. His responsibilities include overseeing challenge course and climbing wall installations, inspections, and trainings. Additionally, Robb coordinates materials and equipment sales for our clients.

Prior to joining The Adventure Network team, Robb served as the manager of the Doylestown Rock Climbing Gym. He is a graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership School and East Stroudsburg University, with a concentration in Outdoor Recreation. Robb enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife and three children.


Andy Brask – Inspector, Trainer, and Facilitator

Andy has been working with the Adventure Network since the winter of 2017. He began his career in the outdoor industry in 2005, serving as the Adventure Sports Director at Camp Ockanickon. Additionally, he continues to work as a climbing guide for the Doylestown Rock Gym.

Andy is a graduate of Penn State University, where he studied business, and the National Outdoor Leadership School. He is an ACCT Level 2 facilitator and holds the CWA bouldering and top roping endorsements. In his free time, Andy likes to travel, go backpacking, and climb.


Avi Rubinsky – Inspector, Trainer, and Facilitator

Avi has been working in the outdoor industry since 2008. He has worked with Outward Bound in Philadelphia, Chesapeake Bay, Colorado, and the Bay Area bases. This is where he found his passion for experiential education and ropes courses.

Avi is an ACCT Level 2 Facilitator, a certified AMGA Single Pitch Instructor, and a Wilderness First Responder. He spends most of his free time climbing, enjoying time with his three dogs, and photographing weddings with his partner, Angela.


Donna Pastorok – Director of programming, Facilitator, Trainer

Donna has been working in the experiential education, training, and challenge course industries for more than 20 years. She has collaborated with diverse corporate and educational organizations to identify and lead groups of individuals with different needs, backgrounds, and expertise, transforming them into integrated, effective work teams using various methods.

Donna has also worked on developing sales teams, finding innovative solutions to develop individuals, and significantly exceeding sales goals.

Some of the companies for which Donna has designed, developed, staffed, and delivered teambuilding and team bonding programs include Pfizer, Merck, Xerox, Toll Brothers, Novartis, Sandoz, TE Connectivity, Cornell University, Drexel University, University of Pennsylvania, Wharton, Pennsylvania State University, Lincoln University, Villanova University, Girl and Boy Scouts, YMCAs, and Bucks County Youth Services.

During her years with The Adventure Network, Donna has contributed to various aspects and projects, including program design, development, and delivery, as well as client staff development programs and training. She holds several certifications and memberships in AEE (Association for Experiential Education), ACCT (Association for Challenge Course Technology), and ADT (Association for Talent Development) organizations.

Outside of her professional life, Donna is a certified Yoga Instructor who enjoys spending time with her animals (dog – Coco, cats – Clementine, Tipsy, Trucker, and Moluccan Cockatoo bird – Hershal), kayaking, rock climbing, and traveling.


Andrew Dressnandt – Inspector, Trainer, and Facilitator 

Andrew has been working in the outdoor industry since 2006, starting as a high adventure specialist with the Boy Scouts of America. He also served as a climbing guide and instructor for the Doylestown Rock Gym.

Andrew graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Archaeological Science. He initially worked for several years as an archaeological field technician, conducting cultural research management surveys for CHRS Inc. In addition to his academic background, Andrew holds several certifications in the challenge course and outdoor industry, including ACCT Level 2 Facilitator, ACCT Level 2 Professional Inspector, Wilderness First Responder, AMGA Certified Single Pitch Instructor, and AMGA Apprentice Rock Guide.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending his personal time traveling and engaging in outdoor activities, particularly surfing, rock climbing, ice climbing, and mountaineering.
