The Adventure Network provides a range of services to businesses and industry groups. Programs can be a light-hearted adventure filled day designed to relieve stress, or a more serious and goal-oriented leadership project. In the end, the goal is to create a more effective and well functioning team.

Teambuilding workshops

Participants are given the opportunity to work together on common tasks. The goal is to identify and develop productive styles of interaction. This is accomplished using adventure-based elements to challenge participants to think and act as team-players within the corporate system.

Leadership development programs

These programs are customized to develop employees who are the future leaders of the organization. Participants are put thorough a series of challenging activities, designed to encourage and develop healthy, productive leadership styles.

Organizational adventure days

These light-hearted seminars are designed to improve company moral and relieve work stress. Adventure days can be as short as two hours or as long as a full day. They serve as excellent alternatives to traditional holiday parties and corporate picnics in addition to a good introduction to more extensive services.

All of our programs are customized to your needs. We can provide our series at your work-site, at a hotel conference center, or one of our locations through out the Delaware Valley.

Individual leadership coaching

The diversity in today's workforce creates great opportunity. At the same time, this diversity creates increased conflict and difficulty in communicating. Our consultants have extensive experience to facilitate managers ability to lead with staff issues and problems.
