Training and Program Forms for Participants

  • Adventure Network Disclaimer – All participants, both youth and adults, must have a signed disclaimer on the day of your program or training. This document can be completed either digitally or by hand. It’s crucial to note that ALL YOUTH PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE A PARENT SIGNATURE.
  • “What to Bring” Checklist – Here’s a helpful guide for your training or program, reminding participants of personal needs for the day. Keep in mind that every program and training is unique, so feel free to customize this list to suit your specific requirements.
  • ACCT Certification Requirements – This table is designed to help answer some basic questions about the certification levels offered by the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT). Resources for Challenge Course Operations

  • Adventure Network Challenge Course Training Manuals – Free digital copies will be sent prior to all trainings booked with The Adventure Network. If you have not received a copy and are scheduled for training, please reach out to the office.
  • Sample Equipment Log – All challenge courses utilizing safety equipment are required to maintain a detailed log tracking the purchase history of all equipment. To assist you, we offer a sample document. Feel free to edit it as needed to align with the specific requirements of your course.
  • Sample Daily/Monthly Pre-Use Inspection Report – In addition to professional annual inspections, it is mandatory for all challenge courses to keep a daily and monthly log of pre-use equipment and element inspections. To help you begin this process, we offer a sample document. Feel free to edit it as needed to meet the specific requirements of your course.
